Temple Anderson serves as the Leasing & Marketing Manager at Gateway 737, a 940-bed student apartment community located in downtown Columbia on the campus of the University of South Carolina. In her role, Temple leads the community's leasing and marketing efforts while helping create an exceptional resident experience for students throughout their housing journey.
With four years of experience in student housing, Temple specializes in leasing strategy, digital marketing, resident engagement, and community outreach. She is passionate about building meaningful connections with residents and developing creative marketing initiatives that drive leasing success and strengthen the Gateway 737 brand. Her resident-focused approach and commitment to delivering results have contributed to the community's continued success and strong market presence.
Temple is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of South Carolina Aiken.
