JLL arranges $50M in forward commitment for Holder Properties' Class A industrial project in Metro Atlanta
JLL Capital Markets arranges a forward sale between an institutional pension fund and Holder Properties for the development of Winder Commerce Center, a 321,300-square-foot shallow bay industrial project in Barrow County, Georgia. The two-building development is positioned to capitalize on more than $800 million in state highway improvements along the SR-316 corridor, transforming the route into a limited-access logistics spine connecting metro Atlanta to Athens.
Winder Commerce Center marks Holder Properties' third industrial development in the Atlanta market within 18 months, demonstrating the developer's continued expansion of its warehouse and logistics platform across strategic growth corridors in the Southeast.
