Stephen Schlesser
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Stephen leads the Company’s finance and accounting department. He is involved in the financial underwriting of all new projects and facilitates debt and equity placements, as well as overseeing project disbursements, construction loan activity, and cost segregation work. Stephen manages all financial and tax reporting requirements for the real estate entities and assists in strategic decision-making with regard to long-term financing and asset disposition. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from The University of Georgia and has his CPA designation. Stephen spent ten years with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Atlanta where he provided assurance and advisory services for the real estate and financial service industries. Prior to joining Holder Properties, he spent two years as Vice President of Finance with the private equity firm, Vion Investments, where he managed accounting, treasury, and finance functions.
