Savannah Sheppard serves as the Assistant Property Manager for Holder Properties' Columbia commercial portfolio. In her role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple office and mixed-use properties, including tenant relations, vendor coordination, contract administration, financial reporting, and property operations. She works closely with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service throughout the portfolio.
With almost a decade of experience spanning accounting and property management, Savannah brings extensive experience in financial administration, operational oversight, and client service.
