As Chief Regional Engineer, Johnny oversees building operations and maintenance including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and life safety. He is responsible for coordination and management of capital improvement projects including contract negotiation and project management. He assists the acquisitions team in performing due diligence studies and he manages maintenance staff and vendors. Johnny has 30 years of experience in commercial office facility maintenance and operations.
