As Chief Engineer, Jeremy oversees the building operations and maintenance of multiple “Class-A” office buildings in Summerville and Daniel Island, SC. Jeremy’s responsibilities include the maintenance and repairs of all the building equipment, maintaining HVAC, fire, plumbing, access control, and electrical systems as well as the lead on the engineer’s safety and on-call programs. Jeremy manages vendor maintenance schedules, performs daily property inspections, oversees capital improvement projects, and organizes monthly safety meetings for the Charleston team. Jeremy has been actively involved with tenant suite improvements at Marshside and the redevelopment of Nowell Creek Village.
Jeremy has nearly 20 years of experience in Commercial Office and Hotel real estate operations and construction.
