As Senior Vice President, Development, Jeff is responsible for all aspects of a project’s development, including project team selection, oversight of preconstruction and construction management, and operations start-up, while maintaining the project team's financial, scope, and schedule goals. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in construction science and Management from Clemson University.
