Jasmin Moses
Assistant Property Manager, Gateway 737
Jasmin Moses is the Assistant Property Manager of Gateway 737, a 940-bed student apartment community located in downtown Columbia on the campus of the University of South Carolina. As Assistant Property Manager, Jasmin supports all aspects of property operations, including staff supervision, resident relations, financial administration, vendor management, and student conduct, while helping to foster a positive living and learning experience for residents.
Jasmin began her career in student housing in 2017 at 650 Lincoln, a Holder Properties community, before gaining experience in sports recruiting. She returned to student housing with Holder Properties in 2025 as Leasing and Marketing Manager at Gateway 737 and transitioned to Assistant Property Manager in January 2026. Her experience spans property management, operations, marketing, leadership development, and resident experience, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of student housing and community success.
Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retailing with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business from the University of South Carolina.
