Hunter Evans
Vice President, Development
As Vice President, Development, Hunter is responsible for project planning and design, entitlements, procurement, and overall management of the development process across multiple asset classes. Prior to joining Holder Properties, Hunter was a Project Manager with the global real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle, where he developed office, student housing, and higher education projects. Hunter began his career with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
