Hunter Aiken
Business Development Director
As Business Development Director, Hunter is responsible for sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities, managing broker relationships, and assisting in investment analysis. Prior to joining Holder Properties, Hunter served as the Vice President of Business Development for Hogan Construction Group, an Atlanta-based General Contractor. Hunter began his career in the Project Development Services division at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he focused on industrial real estate development. Hunter is a graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
