Gateway 737

Completed in the summer of 2025, Gateway 737 is a mixed-use development featuring a 940-bed student housing community, complete with 42,000 square feet of student meeting space and 12,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, in Columbia, South Carolina.  The community features a resort-style swimming pool, a two-story fitness center, individual + group study areas, and rooftop lounge. This project was developed in partnership with the University of South Carolina Development Foundation and Holder Properties continues to lease and manage Gateway 737.
