As Principal, Property Management, Friend manages the day-to-day property operations of the Charleston, South Carolina portfolio. She oversees vendor contracts, supervises the on-site maintenance team, and strives to keep the buildings looking brand new. She is also involved in the leasing and marketing of the properties and manages the build-out of tenant suites. Friend received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Appalachian State University.
