As Vice President, Investments, Connor focuses on business development efforts by identifying and evaluating acquisition and development opportunities. Connor leads underwriting and analytic efforts for new business including financial modeling, risk assessment, market analysis, and capital markets research; ultimately filtering for opportunities aligning closely with Holder’s investment criteria. Connor has served as a lead analyst or direct facilitator of over $1 billion in transaction volume throughout his career. Prior to joining Holder Properties, Connor worked as an analyst and associate broker with Colliers International's Office and Industrial Investment Sales teams. Connor began his career at the RADCO Companies, an Atlanta-based, private multifamily investor. Connor attended the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
