As Senior Managing Director, Head of Property Management, Chris Smith is responsible for the operational functions and tenant improvement oversight for all third-party and Holder Properties facilities. Her responsibilities as leader of the property management group include the design and implementation of operations methodology, policies and procedures, benchmarking, performance measurement, and other tools utilized for the ongoing management and maintenance of all Holder Properties portfolio and third-party assets. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from Georgia State University.
