Celeste Holloway is the Property Manager of Gateway 737, a new 940-bed student apartment community located in downtown Columbia on the campus of the University of South Carolina. As Property Manager, Celeste assists with staff and property operations while maintaining and enhancing the community and providing a positive living and learning experience for the residents. Active in the student housing industry since 2006, Celeste has in-depth knowledge and experience in marketing, leasing, university relations, and contract management. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Lander University.
