Braiden Deese
Associate, Development
As a Development Associate Braiden is responsible for project development and assists through acquisition, preconstruction, design and construction management, to operations start-up. Braiden started his professional career in student housing, working as a leasing representative. He then moved into construction and development, managing multifamily, historic renovation, and higher education projects in Georgia and South Carolina. Braiden is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Finance with an emphasis on Real Estate.
