As Managing Director, Commercial Leasing + Asset Management, Billy oversees leasing operations and asset management for all commercial assets in the Holder Properties portfolio. Billy has a diverse background in commercial real estate ranging from managing new development projects to leasing office product. At Holder Properties, Billy has managed the delivery of over 500,000 square feet of class-A office and negotiated nearly $100 million worth of office leases. Previously, Billy worked as a management consultant for ENR firms located across the United States. He received a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees from Georgia Tech and is a licensed real estate agent.
