Andy Barfield
Chief Development officer
As Chief Development Officer, Andy is responsible for all aspects of project development from land acquisition and feasibility through design, team selection, oversight of preconstruction, construction management, and operations start-up while maintaining the financial goals of the project team. Prior to joining Holder Properties, Andy was a partner at New South Construction Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Andy’s responsibilities at New South included developing and maintaining owner/client relationships and overseeing management teams responsible for complex projects across multiple asset classes. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from Auburn University.
