As an associate for the Investments team, Andrew’s responsibilities include the underwriting of new acquisition opportunities, conducting financial analysis, market research, and assistance with asset management. Before joining Holder Properties, Andrew served as an advisory associate within the Financial Services consulting practice at KPMG US. Andrew is a graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
