Adam Sonenshine

As Chief Operating Officer, Adam oversees the day-to-day operations of Holder Properties. He works with the leadership team to help set the firm's priorities for growth, then leads the work of carrying those strategies out, including building the processes and systems behind them and streamlining how the company and its projects run. He also plays a key role in associate engagement, development, and retention within the corporate team.
Adam works with the investment and development teams throughout the lifecycle of a deal, across acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings. He drives negotiations, helps structure transactions, and leads the closing process. As general counsel, he coordinates legal work with outside counsel and keeps deal teams moving toward a close.
Prior to joining Holder Properties, Adam worked as a senior associate for Eversheds Sutherland with a primary focus on real estate investment and development transactions. Adam received a JD from the Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Georgia.
