Adam Sonenshine

As Chief Operating Officer Adam oversees the day-to-day operational functions of Holder Properties and acts as general counsel. He is focused on delivering key outcomes and strategizing on how to operate the company and its projects more effectively and efficiently. He also plays a key role in associate engagement, growth, and retention within the corporate team. As general counsel, he oversees all legal matters relating to and impacting the company and sponsored projects with a focus on closing deals and protecting the company’s downside. Adam works with the team throughout the lifecycle of a deal, helping through negotiations and leading the closing process.
Prior to joining Holder Properties, Adam worked as a senior associate for Eversheds Sutherland with a primary focus on real estate investment and development transactions. Adam received a JD from the Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Georgia.
