As Vice Chairman, Clark oversees the marketing and leasing of all third-party and Holder Properties' owned assets. He is responsible for designing, implementing, and tracking the success of all property specific leasing strategies. Clark's responsibilities also include pursuing corporate build-to-suit opportunities for the company. Clark brings over 27 years of experience to his position at Holder Properties. Clark is the past President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a past President of NAIOP.
